What does it cost?

Domas is free for homeowners. No membership fee, ever, and one account covers up to four properties. Property managers get unlimited properties for $9.99 a month. Not per job, not per property.

What's the catch?

There isn't one. We don't mark up the work and we don't sell your request as a lead. Homeowners pay nothing to be a member. No membership fee, no per-job fee, no per-property fee. Property managers pay $9.99 a month, flat.

Do I have to call anyone or get quotes?

No. You describe the job in plain English, pick a day and a window, and see a typical price range before anything is booked. It's built from national averages and real completed jobs, so nobody's guessing or gouging, and on standard jobs you're never charged more than 20% over the top of that range. If a job needs a look first, the pro proposes one price on-site and nothing happens until you approve it in the app.

How are the pros vetted?

Every pro passes a background check before their first job, and then our own test: would we let this person into our own house? You can also request a female pro on any job. It's a checkbox in the app.

When is my card charged?

Only after the job is done. Every job holds for 48 hours after the completion photo is up, so you see the finished work before the charge releases.

What if something goes wrong?

Every job closes with a completion photo and a 48-hour window before payment releases. If something isn't right, flag it in the app and payment stops. A scratched floor or a cracked tile is on us, up to $1,000.
